Steve's Bio
Stephen Kasyanenko is affectionately known as Steve K. He is first and foremost a passionate lover of Jesus as well as a devoted family man who has been married for 17 years and lives on a Farm with his wife and 3 children in The Netherlands.
He is a serial entrepreneur, having started and sold four successful businesses. He is a conference speaker, best selling author, online business development expert, an active start-up investor, a forex/crypto currency derivatives trader and just an overall cool guy who loves Jesus :)
He is currently on a mission to train and equip the Body of Christ in creating recurring streams of revenue and provide more financial security in uncertain economic times. Check out castyournets.net for more information.

Phillip Trujillo

Phillip's Bio
Phil Trujillo grew up in a small Colorado town, with his parents and his brother and sister. Driven by a desire for approval, he excelled in every endeavor, striving to be the best, but still felt inferior and unaccepted. This drive propelled him to become a powerlifting champion during his time at the University of Northern Colorado, majoring in Business and Physical Education. While there he achieved remarkable athletic feats, including setting a world record as an All-American Powerlifting Champion, winning the NCAA championships three years in a row. Later while attending Bill Gothard institute in Denver that Phil heard gave his life to the Lord.
After a successful 30-year career in the insurance industry, Phil retired to answer God's call. In 2012, he established Phil Trujillo Ministries, aiming to restore individuals in spirit, soul, and body. Through one-on-one coaching and seminars rooted in God's truth, Phil ministers to the deep wounds of betrayal, rejection, shame, guilt, and loneliness. His life experiences and his pursuit of wholeness inspire him to guide others on their journey to healing and restoration.
Today, Phil Trujillo's ministry focuses on helping Christians discover biblical principles to overcome financial crisis, rebuild broken relationships, and achieve spiritual and physical well-being. He is also the recent author of “Key Principles for Financial Breakthrough”. With a passion for sharing the keys he has received from the Lord, Phil dedicates himself to helping others overcome their fears based on the solid foundation of God's Word.

Throughout her career, Janice has authored and published numerous training manuals that have revolutionized the learning process. These manuals are specifically designed to simplify complex concepts and empower individuals to acquire new skills effortlessly. Her exceptional ability to break down intricate subjects into manageable steps has earned her a reputation for being a highly effective and sought-after educator.
Janice's passion for teaching extends beyond traditional academic settings. Her remarkable journey as a missionary in Spain, South Africa, Latvia, and Romania exposed her to the transformative power of education and the importance of adaptability in an ever-evolving world. Recognizing the increasing significance of computer skills in today's technologically driven society, she made a personal commitment to master these skills herself and dedicated herself to empowering mature learners with the tools they need to thrive in the digital age.
One of Janice's most notable qualities is her unwavering dedication to helping others achieve their dreams. Her step-by-step approach to teaching instils confidence in her students and enables them to make significant progress toward their goals. She possesses an innate ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes growth and development.
More recently, Janice has been collaborating with Steve Kasyanenko, where she has taken on the role of guiding and mentoring the Cast Your Nets Community in the fundamental principles of cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency exchanges. Through her expertise and comprehensive understanding of this emerging field, she equips individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complex world of digital currencies confidently.

Dr. Je Hammonds

Dr. Je's Bio
Dr. Hammonds was raised in rural Alabama. He is a loving husband, veteran, preacher, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur. He is passionate about serving people, building community, and helping everyone reach their highest God-given potential. His pursuit of higher education success culminated in earning three degrees— B.S. in Biology, MBA in Entrepreneurship, and a Ph.D. in Theology. Although formal education provided him with the foundational knowledge to succeed, he attributes his greatest success to his faith, vision, persistence, and resilience. His experience helped him develop a keen understanding of complex issues individuals and business owners face, especially during downturns.
His wealth of knowledge comes from over 20 years of leading teams as a black-belt master instructor and martial arts coach, entrepreneur, and founder of several for-profit and non-profit organizations. He proudly served as a soldier in United States Armed Forces as an Intelligence Analyst for the US Air Force Reserve and as a civilian at Department of Defense Headquarters as a Senior Budget Analyst. One of his highest honors was to serve at the Pentagon managing approximately 4 billion dollars of the Nation’s defense budget in Washington, DC., receiving commendations and awards from civilian and military Executive Branch leaders in the Department of Defense: Leon Panetta, Secretary of Defense (2011-2013), Kathleen Miller, Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army, and General James McConville, U.S. Army Chief of Staff.

Keith Barrows is an experienced strategic leader and executive with professional experience in internal and external relations in non-profit and professional services sectors. Demonstrated skills in complex project management, program management, policy creation and implementation, mentoring, and team building.
Keith is a proven relationship manager with the ability to create enterprise value through growth and development, sound fiscal management and prudent financial investment management. He has considered himself to be a "student of leadership" for much of my life. He acknowledge leadership thinkers like Stephen Covey, John Maxwell, Jo Owens, and James Macgregor Burns are those who have had the most impact on the way Keith thinks, works and lives.

Mark Rowan has been helping businesses and organizations communicate more effectively for over 25 years. His experience includes working with an international non-profit, a newspaper/new media company, a government contractor and a regional family-owned business. Since 2014, he has led an agency assisting companies throughout the United States with digital marketing services such as website development, advertising, social media and more.
Mark graduated from Liberty University with a Communications degree where he met the love of his life, Jenny. They married in 2000 and have four amazing children: Elenakay, Cassia, Josiah and Adalyn.

Connie Johnston is a seasoned worship leader, singer, musician, and Prophet with a deep passion for ministry. With over 40 years of experience in worship ministry, she has dedicated her life to serving in the house of the Lord. Connie's profound understanding of prophetic worship and intercessory worship has made her a powerful vessel for delivering divine messages through music. She holds two music degrees, including a Masters Degree in Music Education from the University of Central Arkansas and a degree in Music Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
As an ordained minister with Word Faith Churches International and the ICFM director for the West Arkansas region, Connie has played a pivotal role in teaching and equipping intercessory worship leaders throughout her community. She has also served as a choir conductor and director for adult and children's choirs. Additionally, Connie has written, produced, and directed music programs for both children and adults, leaving a lasting impact on the lives of those she ministers to.
In 2021, Connie Johnston published "Sounds of Heaven," where she shares the profound insights and revelations she received from the Holy Spirit through prophetic words, visions, and revelations. Her desire is to bring an increased awareness of the sounds of heaven into the lives of others and provide clarity and understanding for the current season of God's glory. Connie's contribution as a worship leader, musician, educator, and author has undoubtedly left an indelible mark on the worship ministry landscape, inspiring others to encounter the presence of God through prophetic worship.

Dr. Dorothee Burkhard has been impacted by the central message of Jesus about His Kingdom, as a government of justice and love that has to be put in place here on earth. As this Kingdom has to be preached and demonstrated, Dorothee was serving with anointed teaching and preaching and in healing ministry in a local church in Germany for several years. Dorothee is also interested in crypto developments and artificial intelligence as a tool to enhance the Kingdom towards the promise of wealth transfer to its citizens.
Dr. Dorothee Burkhard’s background is in academia, with teaching and research in Earth and Materials Sciences where she had an internationally known reputation. Since December 2021 Dorothee has lived in Paraguay.

They specialize in the ministry of deliverance and inner healing.
