I can't find my, or need a new, password:

Click here and fill in the e-mail adres you registered with. A new password will be send to this e-mail adres. Make sure to check your SPAM folder. 

What is my username?

It is the e-mail adres you signed up with. If you forgot the adres you signed up with, click here and fill in the 3 most likely e-mail addresses you can think of. Check the inbox and SPAM folder of these e-mail accounts and look for an e-mail from us. The e-mail adres that received the notification is your user name. If this doesn't resolve your problem. Notify us by clicking here.

How can I update my personal information?

How can I update my payment information?

Why was there money drawn from my account?

The 14 Day Challenge + Group Coaching is subscription based and  is $37 a month after the trial period has ended. This is clearly stated on our sales page

You can ask your questions in our VIP facebook group (if you're a member), under the video's in your product section, in the feedback portal and on the weekly live coaching & tech calls.
